Design
Based on what we learnt from your assessment result, we are able to start design a training program for you.

A detailed programming of each day, week and phase
A follow-up assessment each 6-week point

Coaching
We coach you when you need. With the instruction of a certified personal trainer, we ensure you are setting realistic goals, forming good fitness habits, and performing exercises safely, efficiently and at a proper intensity based on your goals.
Know your strength, inspire your efforts, boost your energy, monitor your progress, your goal is achievable.
Training
Training is long term dedication. At our space, clients are able to work on their own at a private basis.
