Thank you for your purchase with B.E FIT Space. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or a store credit.

Merchandize

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of purchased. All items must be in a new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

Please email at payment@befitspace.ca to return an item. We will email a return label for you to mail return to following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Meal prep packs are FINAL and cannot be refunded.

Session Packages

Lessons, online bookings, session packages are non-refundable services once purchased. Each session, including single session bookings are subjected to 24 hours notice to cancel. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee to reschedule.
